Fabric Making
We are tieup with some knitting factories for source in knitted grey fabric thru various knit technique in diameter ranging from 14' to 36'.
Dyeing
Soft flow machines are used for the bleaching and dyeing of knitted fabric. The units are tieup with Eco-Friendly Dyes only used and GOTS approved.
Compacting
For fine finishing, we have techniques like sueding / brushing and performance finishes that include antimicrobial, UV, wicking and so on.
Lay Cutting
With the best craftsmanship and modern machinery like Lectra, Gerber and Tuka Tech Automatic, a high degree of precision in cutting is achieved.
Printing
The printing can be done in a number of colors, qualities and various effects as per buyer’s specifications.Standard dyes are used in printing.
Embroidery
Our embroidery unit is adopt with the latest design automation that can add appealing visuals to the finished product.

Checking
An FBS Groups is a certified and guaranteed final product inspection is carried out by our experienced quality control teams, keeping in mind high levels of globally accepted AQL standards. This is done an end to end inspection process at every stage of the manufacturing process, this in turn ensures an error free product.
Ironing & Packing
The final phase of the production process is of checking, ironing and packaging to ensure that every garment is in line with our customers vision.
